Last year we shared with you the good news that the University of California was updating their vaccine policy. Although they continue to require certain vaccines, they allow religious or medical exemptions for MMR, Meningococcal conjugate, Tdap/DTaP, and Varicella vaccines and declination statements for flu and Covid vaccines. Each campus provides information on the policy in different ways and students might find it challenging to find exemptions and opt outs. CHCA has gathered information in a spreadsheet to provide easy access to the policy and forms at each campus. The google sheet version is here with active links.
The spreadsheet is a work in progress as we keep in touch with the University Health Services Departments to correct any errors and to receive updates.
